Mother and Baby Fitness Class

With such a diverse number of people in our community stepping into their running shoes, we have noticed that there is one group who are not getting the help and attention they deserve and might need – new mums and their babies.

It is often hard to get back into fitness and shape after having a baby. With this in mind, Paul Tully (Personal Trainer) will start a mother and baby fitness class in September.
